Ryan Williams - Founder/CEO
Ryan has spent the last 20 years learning, integrating, and teaching multiple communications systems all over the world for the US DoD and Public Safety clients. He formed Brevity Code Technologies, a Veteran-owned business, to help bridge the ever-widening gap between technology and those that would benefit most from it.
His passion is to communicate in three different languages:
1. Technician: to understand the core function of the system for both what it offers and its limitations.
2. Operator: to facilitate the needs of the person using the system and ensure they are fully equipped with the knowledge they require- not just what's written in the manual.
3. Trainer: to share the ability to support beyond what only one person can do for an organization. By training-the-trainer knowledge of all three languages becomes organically linked to a team.
